Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a highly effective therapy in treating depression. The focus of CBT is primarily on addressing negative thoughts, behavioural activation and modifying core beliefs. This webinar will examine the CBT conceptualization and treatment strategies for managing uni-polar depression. Modifications to the behavioural strategies giving the shift to virtual sessions will also be covered.
