Annual report highlights our work to better support the communities we serve

In this year’s report, read about our work with partners to extend access to community-based mental health care. Our focus includes care transitions from The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) to our community services, and increased mental health supports in our key city neighbourhoods.

You can also learn more about our commitment to ensure that our services are safe, accessible, people-centred, and of the highest quality. In 2023-24, we undertook two major centre-wide quality improvement initiatives: accreditation and the launch of an electronic health record (EHR). We were honoured to be awarded Exemplary Standing in our first complete accreditation by Accreditation Canada last fall and to see a successful launch of our EHR this past spring.

Learn more about these initiatives and our services, our partnerships, and our staff who deliver their very best in all that they do for children, young people and their families and caregivers.
