Dr. Khush Amaria is a Clinical and Health Psychologist with more than 20 years of experience advancing evidence‑based mental health care and workplace well‑being. She recently joined GreenShield Health as Director, Clinical Services.

Khush’s previous leadership roles include serving as Vice President of Clinical Services – Mental Health at Kii Health, where she oversaw employee and family assistance program (EFA) services, guided iCBT and live therapy, diagnostic and return‑to‑work assessments, and critical incident response across Canada. Earlier in her career, Khush spent eight years at The Hospital for Sick Children in the Good 2 Go Transition Program, leading an interprofessional team supporting youth with chronic health conditions as they moved from paediatric to adult care – work recognized by Accreditation Canada as a Leading Practice.

In addition to her clinical and operational leadership, Khush brings significant governance experience. She served for six years on the Board of Directors for Jack.org, supporting national youth mental health advocacy and the organization’s growth in programming, partnerships, and impact.

A sought‑after speaker, Khush regularly presents on burnout recovery, emotional regulation, psychological resilience, and goal setting. Her work is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy and a commitment to making mental health support accessible, actionable, and rooted in evidence.

Khush is dedicated to strengthening community mental health systems and is honoured to contribute her clinical, strategic, and governance expertise as a Trustee on our Board.
