Leading with questions: Transform workplace dynamics, relationships, and results through the art of powerful questions

lines with a big question mark and then the lines straighten out past question mark for leadership training

Learn to guide conversations that spark creativity, strengthen relationships, and drive actionable results—one powerful question at a time.

This workshop offers a core curriculum for leaders (from the front-line to the executive) – in asking questions that transform workplace dynamics, relationships and results.

Where a leader puts their attention matters. When a leader asks powerful questions, it acts as a stimulant to hope, creativity, and do-able solutions to complex challenges.

This workshop introduces leaders to a versatile, reliable toolkit for leading any meeting where they want to create change. Leaders can use this toolkit in one-on-one meetings, team meetings, collaborations with external partners, and any setting where they want to foster progress and results.

Learning objectives:

  • To practice a toolkit of questions that can be adapted to any issue or change-focused topic.
  • To learn facilitation insights for improving conversations – i.e. when to be silent, how to address “I don’t know”, when people answer a different question or you have a long talker in the group, etc.
  • To explore how to incorporate this toolkit into one-on-one meetings; team meetings; and meetings with external partners, board and funders.
  • To leave with a scripted set of questions for a meeting of any size, any purpose, of the learners choice.

Register now to build skills that turn everyday meetings and interactions into opportunities for change, creativity, and collaboration.
