Shannon Greene

she/her Clinical Director, Client and Participant Services

Shannon Greene is the Clinical Director of Client and Participant Services at The Garry Hurvitz Centre for Community Mental Health (GH-CCMH) at SickKids. A registered social worker with a Master of Social Work, she brings over 25 years of experience in mental health, addictions, and system transformation. She has led clinical programs and strengthened partnerships to improve access to care. Shannon is committed to enhancing service integration and ensuring equitable, trauma-informed mental health support for young people and their families.

Prior to joining GH-CCMH in 2023, Shannon held leadership roles at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and advised on policy initiatives within the Ontario Ministry of Health’s Mental Health and Addictions division. Her work has focused on program development, clinical operations, and system navigation, with a strong emphasis on improving service pathways and advancing policies that support community-based mental health care.

Shannon is dedicated to fostering collaborative, client-centered approaches that drive meaningful change in the mental health sector.
