Adia Shivraj, Senior Clinical Informatics Practice Lead
- Adia has helped transform GH-CCMH’s health records management system through her work on implementing our new electronic health record, TREAT.
- She was instrumental in designing and delivering a system of TREAT training across the entire organization that considered different team needs and priorities.
- Adia looks ahead and anticipates potential gaps and issues with implementation, enabling the team to function efficiently and solve problems quickly.
- Throughout the implementation process, she has combined fresh thinking with a strong understanding of GH-CCMH’s programs and services to design processes that optimize clinical workflows.
- Adia is also continuously looking for ways to improve TREAT functionality and checks in with staff across the organization regularly. Her drive toward excellence and innovation is helping ensure that our records management system is not only modern, but also of the highest standard.

Felipe Santander, Program Supervisor, Intensive Services for Youth
- Felipe leverages meaningful relationships to empower staff strengths, lead change initiatives within ISFY and standardize communication pathways.
- He co-designed and launched the Youth Advisory Council, giving youth a voice in program decisions.
- He is an exceptional listener who values diverse perspectives and has created a safe, inclusive environment for open dialogue and collaboration.
- Felipe has taken the lead on standardizing the CYCP-led skills-based curriculum, integrating youth preferences and CYCP expertise.
- He consistently demonstrates compassion and understanding by taking the time to connect with team members on a personal level, showing genuine care for their well-being.

Danielle Jamieson, Child and Family Therapist, Individual and Family Services
- Danielle makes a profound impact on the families she serves due to her incredible clinical skill and self-reflective nature.
- She has been a champion of trauma-informed and trauma-focused work with vulnerable and marginalized clients, demonstrating exceptional care, sensitivity, and specificity.
- Danielle continuously pursues additional training to enhance her clinical skills, engages with colleagues to discuss key takeaways and looks for ways to implement new knowledge.
- She encourages reflection and critical thinking through peer supervision, offering guidance, providing valuable insights and supporting discussions with resources and academic articles.
- Danielle works quietly, thoughtfully and diligently to better herself as a therapist and positively impact her IFS team.
