SickKids CCMH service during COVID-19 expands to community and in-home visits

If you need emergency help, please call 911, go to your local or SickKids emergency department, or call a local distress centre or crisis service.

SickKids CCMH is entering the second stage of our return to in-person, onsite services.  Starting September 14, 2020, we will be starting community and in-home visits and opening our school program. If you are expecting an in-home or community visit with a SickKids CCMH clinician learn more on what to expect

As we introduced in July, we are offering by appointment only, in-person care at our Sheppard and Jarvis sites. In-person appointments will be based on client need and safety considerations. Please check with your clinician/worker for further details.

We are preparing to open the residential portion of our program. In the meantime, intensive youth clients are being provided for through day treatment, counselling and therapy, community support and virtual care.

Virtual care options across programs that were put in place at the start of the pandemic in March are continuing. We remain committed to providing full access to services during the continuing pandemic.

Have an appointment? Learn how we are following public health guidelines to make your visit as safe as possible: What to expect at your onsite appointment during COVID-19.

New client? Phone us if you need services – we are here to help. Call our intake at 416-924-1164 ext. 8708; we will return your call the same day or the next business day.

Please note that Families First workshops and EarlyON Centre programs  remain virtual at this time.
