Kelly McMillen joined the SickKids Learning Institute in 2008. Together with her team, she works collaboratively to develop and deliver programs and services that support the education mandate at SickKids including having oversight for the Simulation Program, Knowledge Translation Program, Conference Management, Resuscitation Education, Paediatric Project ECHO and ECHO Epilepsy: Across the LifeSpan, the Library, the SickKids Archives, the Staff Continuing Professional Development Fund, the Student Centre, AboutKidsHealth, Digital Learning Solutions and Infant and Early Mental Health Promotion. Kelly also provides leadership for the SickKids Centre for Community Mental Health Learning Institute. Kelly holds a BPHE and BA from Queen’s University and an MBA from McMaster. She also completed the Advanced Health Leaders Program through the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
