Robert Giansante joined our leadership team in September 2018 as the Director of Operations and Capital Planning. A seasoned real estate professional, he has 20 years of leadership experience in a variety of environments (office, retail, hotel, industrial) across the province. Robert’s leadership roles have focused on enhancing customer service excellence, financial management and planning many large capital projects totalling $50 million. Before joining the Centre, Robert worked in both the private and public sectors, with oversight and responsibilities for a large portfolio of properties across a wide geographic area. He brings extensive operational and strategic experience to the Centre.
Robert received his Bachelor of Arts from York University. He has complemented this with a variety of leadership based courses in the real estate industry focused on optimizing the client/tenant experience, operational excellence and mentoring young professionals.
